2. I am not a professional or volunteer lobbyist, or, if I am, then I'm not prohibited from contributing by 1-45-105.5(1), C.R.S.

3. I am not a corporation or labor organization.

4. This contribution is made from my own funds without coercion or the expectation of reimbursement.
